        Halo there, could you give me more info on the four bedroom houses, are they all booked, if not could you please send me the map and which ones are still available. could you also please advice me on schools near the area, I left Kenya 20 years ago but would love to come back now. so schools are very important and want near the area, primary schools for now , 10 year old and 7 years old.

For you to enjoy these prices you have to book your unit before we officially launch the sales process during the open day scheduled for mid next month when the prices will be escalated by 10%

      Phase I: This is the mall will be complete in February, 2017
      Phase II: The residential section will be complete in February 2018

      Mode of payment is either mortgage or cash.

      The payment schedule:

      20% after six months from date of offer letter
      30% after one year from date of offer letter
      20% after one and a half years from date of offer letter
